EU-kommissionens förslag på finansiering av sitt framtida utrikes- och utvecklingssamarbete är djupt oroande. Förslaget som presenterades torsdag 14 juni prioriterar ner fattigdomsbekämpning och utveckling till förmån för EU:s inhemska ekonomiska och politiska intressen.
