We are looking for an intern for the autumn term who will mainly be involved in supporting communications for our Forests Forward and Forests For Life programmes. Forests Forward is a signature WWF programme for corporate action in support of nature, climate, and people. With over 24 participants including IKEA and HP, and growing fast, the programme’s work includes working with companies on responsible sourcing, sustainable forest management, as well as conservation projects in forest landscapes around the world.
During the internship you will get experience with content and narrative creation, including planning and writing stories, compiling newsletters and reports and social media posts. As well as with coordinating strategic communications projects, analytics, and organising webinars/events. Proficiency with graphics (e.g. InDesign, Canva) and video is a welcome bonus.
We are looking for someone who is curious and enjoys getting stuck in. You’ll get the chance to develop an amazing set of experiences as a communications officer and be embedded in a friendly, professional, and dynamic international team.
